Therapy Services

Therapy allows you to begin the process of exploring changes that will support you to enrich your connection to self and to deepen your ideas around your personal goals, around therapy and life in general.

You’ll have the space to share your personal experiences at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll be supported in making the shifts you’d like to make and you’ll learn tools and strategies that will support you to show up for yourself in ways that feel stabilising and reliable. You’ll learn to navigate present and past challenges and to create your own sense of stability, a platform for growth and expansion.

At Stable Self, I am interested in supporting you in regulating your emotions, your nervous system, exploring limiting beliefs and ways of coping. I’m here to help you build your relationship with self and your relationship to those who are important to you.

I work with a wide range of issues, including:

  • Trauma experiences
  • Sexuality and gender
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Self worth
  • Life Transitions
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationships and intimacy
  • Transgender experiences
  • Mood and anxiety
  • Suicide and self-harm
  • Addiction issues
  • Bullying and harassment
